MUSIC MIND

GAMES THEORY:          Jerien Okoh-Tisch

(A revolutionary method for teaching music called “Music Mind Games” (MMG) created by world renowned teacher Michiko Yurko.  This system increases brain plasticity and leads to accelerated gains in focus, memory, and music mastery.)

We are very dedicated to sharing our passion and love of music with our students.  With collectively over 40+ years of teaching and training we are uniquely qualified to effectively teach all ages beginning at age 3 and those adults looking to fine tune their skills or even begin their path to musical enjoyment. 

As our studio works with local/national organizations (VMTA and MTNA) to offer a wide variety of performance opportunities that will develop and challenge the intellectual and artistic side of our students, students will have the opportunity to participate in the state exams and contests.  Additionally students are invited to participate in locally held Studio recitals when the student is prepared to perform.

We keep current on the latest trends in the profession by maintaining memberships in professional organizations and attending related seminars, work shops, and conferences.
